Standing commitments

  • The All-Russian symposium “Strategic Planning and Enterprise Development” →CEMI RAS, every year since 2000 — on the first Tuesday after the second Monday of April. Twenty-seven symposia under Kleiner’s chairmanship; the last, the 27th, was held on 14—15 April 2026.
  • The seminar on modelling and development of production systemsA weekly seminar at CEMI RAS.
  • Economics of Contemporary Russia →A quarterly academic journal founded in 1998 by Academician D. S. Lvov. For the last nineteen years Kleiner was its editor-in-chief, and under his editorship it became one of the most widely read general economics journals in Russia. Indexed in the White List, RSCI, the core of the Russian Science Citation Index and the state register of journals; assigns DOIs.
  • The research school “Systems modelling of the economy”The Financial University. The schools of I.N. Drogobytsky and S.V. Prokopchina grew out of it.
  • Chairs at three universitiesInstitutional economics at the State University of Management, systems analysis in economics at the Financial University, general economics at the State Academic University for the Humanities.
